About

Explore. Understand. Grow.

I've always been drawn to helping people and creating a space where they feel safe, supported, and less alone. My early work focused on children, alongside an educational background in family studies, which deepened my interest in human development, relationships, and the experiences that shape us. After spending time at home raising my children, I decided to pursue a career in mental health and graduated from Walden University in 2021 with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My own life experiences have also shaped the therapist I am today. I'm not afraid of the hard topics - grief and loss, illness and death, identity, major life transitions, and unexpected challenges that can change the course of our lives. I offer a space where people can talk openly about these experiences, explore meaning and impact, and feel genuinely heard and understood along the way. My style is warm, conversational, and collaborative. I bring curiosity and openness to our work and will support you as we navigate experiences, explore challenges, and support growth and a stronger sense of self.
